Christina first worked with our son after his Nat5 prelims and she developed and improved his French and Spanish to a point where he achieved extremely good results in his Nat 5s. She tutored him through his Highers and again his results were superb, especially for a typical teenage boy(!); she is a skilled tutor who knows instinctively how to get the best for her pupils. Like many, his Advanced Highers were interrupted by the pandemic this year but suffice to say both his parents aren’t entirely sure if our son would even have been doing them without Christina’s tutoring, encouragement and occasional telling of truths to our son! The result? An unconditional place at the University and course of his choice based on his 5th year result. Thanks Christina for all your hard work.

Christina tutored my son for both National 5 and Higher French and took him from failing at prelim to A grade in National 5 and 100% in speaking at Higher which resulted in an overall A grade. Christina is so organised and plans all of the lessons and sends a report to us after each lesson. The biggest compliment I can pay Christina is that my son really liked to go for lessons and never once complained. I am sure this is down to Christina being such an engaging tutor and being very encouraging to him. She also has an abundance of patience as well an being a brilliant tutor. Christina was the third tutor I tried and by far the best. I could tell that she used to teach in schools because she was always very organised and each lesson was structured and methodical.
